    We focus heavily on business foundation and all of the “boring” stuff so you don’t have to.

While we do cover foundational topics, our packages also include advanced strategies and exclusive tools tailored for experienced photographers looking to streamline, grow, or scale their business. Our templates and worksheets are designed to support photographers at every level—whether you're refining your craft or expanding your brand.

PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS

  • For all digital products, a PDF access link will be available immediately after purchase via the Squarespace checkout portal. Additionally, all products are delivered securely to your email. You’ll receive a message from either Squarespace or Captured.pc@gmail.com with a download link and clear instructions on how to save your files.

  • Our email system typically delivers purchases within 5–10 minutes, depending on internet connection and email traffic. If you do not receive your order within 20 minutes, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Captured.pc@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get what you ordered as soon as possible.

  • No. All of our content is intended for use within your own business only. Captured Consulting strictly prohibits the sharing, editing, reselling, or redistribution of any digital product in any form. Our resources are licensed for use solely by the purchaser and may only be shared with individuals who are directly affiliated with your business, such as employees or active decision-makers.

    Unauthorized use may result in the revocation of access to all purchased materials, termination of your account, and potential legal action.

  • We use Squarespace’s secure payment system, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and direct ACH transfers (subject to an additional 1% processing fee).

    At this time, we don’t offer formal payment plans, but we’re happy to work with you to discuss flexible payment options that fit your needs. Please email captured.pc@gmail.com for any requests.

  • Yes! We offer email support for any problems or issues if they arise. You can reach out to Captured.pc@gmail.com with any questions related to the materials.

    We also offer hourly consulting for assistance implementing this information into your own business.

  • Currently, all of our products are one-time payments. You’ll receive lifetime access to all included materials with no recurring fees.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we’re confident in the value of this package, and we’re here to support you in making the most of your investment.   • Yes, in accordance with Utah state law (where we are based), we are required to charge sales tax on all digital products, including our collections.

    At this time, sales tax is only applied to purchases made by Utah residents. Our consulting services are not subject to sales tax.
